The class you've been waiting for, athletic conditioning meets strength training....on a spin bike. Introducing Bike & Bootcamp: a rhythm based interval style spin class that trades choreography for heavy hill climbs, quick heart-pumping intervals, weight-based training and all-out sprints.

This class will further test both your endurance and power helping you to tap your inner athlete like never before, leaving you jacked, breathless and sweaty AF. 

Equipment Needed:
Spin Bike
Dumbbells (One heavy set and one light set preferred)
Booty (loop) resistance band 
Yoga mat (optional)
