Favourite Yoga Pose: My favourite yoga pose is Viparita Karani - Legs Up the Wall. I love giving my feet and legs a break plus this pose leaves me restored and ready for bed!
Favourite hobby (outside of yoga, obvi)? I love spending time outdoors. Hiking up mountains, dipping in water, and exploring new trails are some of my favourite things to do in the wild.
