Lower Body Workout Equipment needed:
One set of heavy dumbbells (or heavy household items such as laundry detergent)
One set of lighter dumbbells (or lighter household items such as soup cans)
A chair or bench (something elevated you can sit on)
"Booty" resistance band (loop)
